1. Who we are
Grande Homes operates an online marketplace where private sellers and agencies advertise property on the Costa del Sol. We are an advertising platform, not a party to any sale or rental agreement. [TODO: legal entity, CIF, registered address.]
2. Your account
You need an account to publish listings. Keep your credentials private and the information in your listings accurate; we may pause listings that are misleading, unlawful or duplicated while we check them with you.
3. Listings and content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload and grant us a licence to display them on the platform and in marketing for your listing. Don't upload content you have no right to use.
4. Paid services
Private sellers pay per listing; agencies subscribe monthly or annually. Prices, durations and quotas are stated on the pricing page before any payment, and renewal terms are always shown before you pay. Paid placement is always visibly labeled.
5. Liability
We work to keep the platform accurate and available but can't guarantee a sale, a rental, or uninterrupted service. Nothing here limits rights you have under Spanish consumer law. [TODO: full liability clause.]
