Refunds & Cancellation

1. Listing packages

You may cancel an unpublished listing for a full refund. Once a listing is live its period starts running; if we remove your listing for a reason that isn't a breach of these terms, we refund the unused time.

2. Agency subscriptions

Cancel anytime from the dashboard — your plan simply runs to the end of the paid period, and no further renewals are charged. No cancellation calls, no forms.

3. Withdrawal right

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Publishing a listing before the 14 days end means asking us to start the service immediately; a proportional deduction may apply. [TODO: exact wording per Spanish consumer law.]

4. How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
