Billing Terms
How prices, IVA and invoices work.

1. Prices and IVA
Private-seller prices include IVA (21%); agency prices are stated ex IVA, which is itemized at checkout. Every invoice shows seller details, the net amount, the IVA amount and the VAT treatment. [TODO: entity + CIF on invoices.]
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew at the interval you chose, at the price shown before you paid. We email before each renewal; you can cancel up to the last day of the period.
3. Failed payments
If a charge fails we retry and email you. Your service continues through a 14-day grace period; after that, listings over your plan's limit are archived — never deleted — until payment resumes.
4. Invoices
Invoices and receipts are issued via Stripe on our behalf and available from your dashboard. [TODO: e-invoicing (Verifactu) compliance review.]
